Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Portugal (Mainland) All shipments within Portugal are handled by CTT (Correios de Portugal). Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Europe All European shipments are handled by CTT with international service. Estimated delivery times vary by country:
- Spain: 3-7 business days
- France, Germany, Italy: 5-10 business days
- Other EU countries: 7-14 business days
International (Outside Europe) International shipments outside Europe are processed through our international carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 10-21 business days.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Tracking All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.
Customs and Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
